LOC Launches Scoliosis clinic at The Portland Hospital

30-May-2018

The London Orthotic Consultancy(LOC) has opened a Schroth Best Practice physiotherapy clinic at The Portland Hospital in central London. Schroth physiotherapy is recognised worldwide as the only form of exercise regime that can help Scoliosis patients stop curve progression, reduce pain and improve posture and appearance. Intensive therapy can also reduce small curves.

LOC’s clinic at The Portland Hospital is headed up by Deborah Turnbull BSc, a CSP and HCPC registered physiotherapist who is also certified in both original and modern Best Practice Schroth methods. These specialist physiotherapy techniques are often used in conjunction with spinal bracing with The Gensingen Brace by Dr Weiss® and Deborah can provide advice on whether this unique brace is an appropriate treatment for a patient’s specific symptoms.

The clinic will run every Friday and appointments can be made by ringing the usual LOC number 020 8974 9989 or by e-mailing [email protected]
